Returns

Simple Extravagance will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached for return within 7 days of in-store purchases or 10 days days after receipt of online orders, for refund, exchange or store credit. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Simple Extravagance reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements. 

Shipping and handling costs, both original and return, are non-refundable.  See shipping policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase be included.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including the following:

Gift Cards
Sale Items
Clearance Items

Clearance or Sale items

Clearance and sale items are sold "as-is" and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and only with an identical item (unless otherwise approved). If you have a defective or damaged product and need to have it replaced, stop by the store or send us an email at sarabhodge@gmail.com.  If by e-mail, please include pictures of the defect or damage.  Ship or return your defective or damaged item to: 320B West Jennings St., Newburgh Indiana US 47630.  Only un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached returned within 7 days of in-store purchases or 10 days days after receipt of online orders, will be accepted.    

A replacement item will not be shipped to you until the defective or damaged item has been received.  See shipping policy.   

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the gift giver will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, once the returned item is received.
